Govt. Elementary Teachers Education Institution, Balliguda was come into existence in the year 2013. This institution is situated near Balliguda town and about 40km away from the Kashmir of odisha i.e. Daringbadi in Kandhamal district. Hence it has been offering two years D.El.Ed course to them who are going to be teacher in Elementary schools. It has intake capacity of 100 students where 50% seats are reserved for kandhamal district and 50 % seats for all odisha category students and selected through entrance mode. However, this institution provides quality training programme to the pupil-teachers.
